1. About us

These terms apply to Cashflow Accounting Consultants Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17135410), registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are regulated by the International Association of Bookkeepers (IAB), Membership No. 500232477.

2. Our services

We provide accountancy, bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and related financial services. The specific services we provide to you will be confirmed in a separate Letter of Engagement, which forms part of our contract with you.

Our services are provided for the benefit of the named client only. We accept no responsibility to any third party for the services we provide.

Our fees will be agreed in writing before work commences. We reserve the right to charge for additional work outside the agreed scope, which will be discussed with you in advance.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts and to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid.

5. Confidentiality

We will keep your information confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except where required by law, our regulatory obligations, or with your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.

6. Anti-money laundering

We are subject to the Money Laundering Regulations and are required to verify the identity of all clients before we can act for them. We may be required by law to report suspicious activity to the National Crime Agency (NCA) without informing you. In such circumstances, we may be prevented by law from continuing to act for you.

7. Professional indemnity

We hold professional indemnity insurance of £250,000 per claim through AXA XL (Policy No. 15621229). Our liability to you is limited to direct losses only and shall not exceed the amount of our professional indemnity cover.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate or timely information, or for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All reports, documents, and materials we create remain our intellectual property until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by giving 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if you fail to pay fees, fail to comply with AML requirements, or where we are required to do so by law or regulation.

On termination, we will provide you with copies of documents to which you are entitled. We will retain our working papers in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
