- Our professional indemnity insurer (AXA XL via PolicyBee) where a claim arises
- The IAB in the course of regulatory oversight

We retain client financial records for a minimum of 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements. Enquiry data from non-clients is retained for up to 12 months. AML records are retained for 5 years following the end of the client relationship.

- Request erasure (subject to legal retention obligations)
